1. Getting ENGAGED.

Of course this is #1 on the list, even though it was towards the end of 2017. Jesus put a wonderful man in my life, and calling him my fiancé is fitting and wonderful. Engagement is amazing because I am so at a loss for understanding how Jesus works to place two people that are perfect for one another together.

2. Finding PURPOSE.

It certainly sounds silly, but 2017 has been so comforting because I have found my passions. I have found things that push me and things that I am willing to work for.  I am so much more confident walking into 2018, knowing what I have going for me, and what I can make happen.

3. Being a FRIEND.

My friends have become SO important to me over the last few years. I have found soulmates in my closest friends and I don't think there is a single thing that could ever replace the joy that I gain from that. This year in particular has been a year of growing close to these beautiful friends. Jesus placed wonderful, beautiful, kind, and impressive girls in my life that encourage me, support me, push me, and love me, no matter what, and that is something to be grateful for.

It took me a bit longer than anticipated, with a year break to do missions and a few changes-of-major, but overall, I fell in love with school. Graduation feels like an accomplishment because I put my heart and soul into school and I graduated with honors. I will miss it, but I am hoping that this won't be my final graduation.

5. DOG-mom-ing.

Being a mom to Harry has taught me so much about unconditional love. I could not love the little guy more, and I am so confident in his affection for me. He has taught me patience, humility, affection, and snuggles. I feel so happy to call him my doggo.

Goals for 2018:

  1. Actually keep up with my blog. Currently, I am promising at least 3 times per week. I need accountability!
  2. Starting a YouTube channel. Again, I need some accountability!
  3. Work on growing online freelance Graphic Design presence.
  4. Plan a cross-country road trip with Corey for 2019. Yay!
  5. Visit somewhere new! (Besides our Honeymoon destination)
